Hiring the Hall
If you wish to hire the hall for your own event, please read the Terms and Conditions and check the calendar for availability.

for regular events - email us to discuss details
Fees:
The hall can be rented for £7.50/hour.
Note that this will be £8.00/hour from 1st Jan 2027
Payment:
For one off events - full payment is required at time of booking.
For regular events, please contact us to agree payment terms.
Cancelling:
For a full refund - cancellations need to be made by email at least five days before an event,
NOTES:
1. if you are selling alcohol at your event you will need to apply for a Temporary Event Notice (TEN). See here for more details Temporary Events Notice (England and Wales) - GOV.UK
2. The field next to the hall is not owned by us, and is not part of the hire agreement.
